I’m typically hit or miss when it comes to finding wardrobe staples at Target. Sometimes I’ll roll in there on a whim and find a slew of adorable dresses and other times I’ll walk out wondering how nothing at all fit right. I’ve found that I have better luck during certain times of year and so Fall and Spring have become my go-to’s for Target fashion hauls! Fall is always great for finding inexpensive sweaters and jackets and spring has proven year after year to be an ideal time to find flattering sundresses, tops and jewelry.
I saw a similar two piece to this one at a boutique in Austin {floral print, off the shoulders top} for $70 a piece. When I went to Target, I saw that they had this pink floral two piece that looked almost identical to one I had seen for only $40 total! Every once in awhile you’ll stumble across a piece that just fits perfectly and this was definitely one of those moments.
The top portion of this piece can be worn on or off the shoulder, has a beautiful floral print and faux buttons. The bottom hits just above the hips which is flattering on almost every figure and both pieces are true to size. This set would be perfect for vacation or you can mix and match the pieces with other closet staples to create a new fun look.
