With a lot of holiday travel coming up, I wanted to take a few minutes to talk about this Calpak suitcase!
Up until a few years ago, my suitcase collection was comprised of black beat up and worn down bags that blended in with the masses. When I started traveling for work, I realized that I needed to upgrade my luggage to something a little nicer, more durable and easy to spot if/when I needed to check it. I started doing research and came across this Calpak and never looked back.
This bag comes in two sizes {22 inch and 30 inch} and in two colors {white and black marble}. I opted for the smaller one since I carry-on a majority of the time and, after much deliberation, I picked the white marble! I’ve had it two years now and the bag has been dragged all over the world, thrown on conveyor belts, dropped on tarmacs, pushed around in train storage closets and barely has a scratch. It also fits everything-I somehow got 17 days worth of clothes in there and I didn’t even have to sit on it to close it. I’m still *so* proud!
The suitcase is set-up perfectly with a hard shell and a two-part interior. On one side you have a deep zipper compartment, perfect for shoes or toiletries, and the other side has ample space for your clothes with a belt to keep them secure. Outside of being a durable and practical piece, the marble print melts my heart every time I pull it out of the closet.
