January was the longest month EVER. Who’s with me on that? I’m just so excited that February is finally here! There are a ton of great events going on around Austin this month, especially for Galentine’s and Valentines Day, so I’ve highlighted my top picks below. Hope you enjoy!

Free Antonelli’s Cheese Plates
Ok, if you haven’t heard, February 4th-8th is free cheese week! EEEKK! Each day you’ll find a slew of new restaurants participating in this Antonelli’s event. Check the list below for the participating locations, but make sure you get there early since they’ll be giving out one cheese plate per table while supplies last.

Master Pancake vs. Clueless
“Oh my god, I am totally buggin’..” because Clueless is playing at The Alamo Drafthouse! Join in for a fun night of eating, drinking and heckling this iconic 90’s touchstone.

Lovers + Friends: Valentine’s Pop-Up
This is event is free, open to the public and perfect if you’re looking for a sweet gift for a loved one. Swing by Native Hostel and Bar & Kitchen for their annual Valentine’s/Galentine’s mini market. The market consists of thoughtfully crafted gifts, florals and sweets from locals artisans and small businesses.

I’M DYING. Kitten yoga is my dream…well, minus the yoga part. This is the sweetest little event where can you channel your inner yogi, play with kittens and even adopt one after.

Anastasia the Musical
“We were strangers….starting out on a journey..” UGH I love this show and the music so dang much! If you were an Anastasia fanatic as a kid (hello–my name is Lauren and my first crush ever was on Dimitri) then this is for you. Even if you weren’t a die hard fan at the age of 10, this is still a magical show that’s worth checking out.

Pat Green at ACL Moody Theater
Grab tickets to see one of the most influential modern stars in Texas country at the ACL Moody Theater! Grab dinner beforehand at one of the delicious spots on 2nd street and enjoy a night out with Pat Green!

Cookie & Whiskey Pairing
This would be such a fun Valentines gift for that special guy in your life! Still Austin Whiskey Company is hosting a cookie and whiskey pairing where you’ll be able to sample four different whiskeys with accompanying girl scout cookies.
