Happy Monday friends! I just wanted to do a quick post about a pair of sandals that I recently found. If you follow any fashion bloggers then you’ve probably seen a pair of Steven Greece Slides {by Steve Madden} on one of their feeds {see them here}. I came across them last season and then recently starting seeing them again. They look so cute online, so I figured it was time to pull the trigger.
I swung by the Steve Madden store to try a pair on and, you guys, I was so disappointed. I have a size 9 foot {not the daintiest, I know}, but it’s an average width and I can usually order any standard shoe. Well, I felt like big foot trying to cram my way into these things! Once I was in, they weren’t easy to walk in and I knew they weren’t for me–especially at an $80 price point. Note: If you have a narrow foot, then you might be fine! I would just recommend trying these on in store before ordering.
So flash forward a few days and I was at Target and found thee most amazing dupe for these sandals. My foot slid right in {I mean, I was basically Cinderella}, they were easy to walk in and they came in a slew of colors. Think basics like brown, white and black and then funkier designs like gold and snake skin. When they’re on, they look identical to the Steve Madden slides and they’re only $20 a piece. WHAT! I was instantly sold.
Once I found these, I started scrolling through the Target site and found so many cute sandal options. A lot of them even look like designs that were recently released for spring from brands like Dolce Vita and Sam Edelman. I’ve linked my favorites below including the Greece Slide dupes from this post. If you find a pair you’re interested in, I wouldn’t wait–they seem to be selling out fast!
