Superdown x Revolve: Affordable, But Worth It?

I love Revolve, but for the longest time I was so discouraged by the price tags of the pieces they carried. I would constantly load up my cart with fun finds and then click out once I saw the final number.

One day I was looking around for a dress for a bachelorette party; I just wanted something a little different and special, but didn’t want to break the bank. I decided to give Revolve a try and quickly came across the brand Superdown. The gateway dress (as it came to be known) I was looking at seemed very high quality, had a beautiful floral pattern and was only $60. Intrigued, I clicked on the brand name and started sifting through their pieces. Ah–everything was so darn cute!

I decided to order a few things to them try out and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit. Now I wouldn’t say “hey, go order your full wardrobe from Superdown” because as far as clothing goes, there’s definitely more affordable options, but if you’re looking for a special occasion piece (birthday dress, event dress, vacation wear, etc.) then you should definitely check it out!

Ps. Revolve also has two-day shipping/two-day free returns which makes life so much easier. You can try pieces on at home and return what you don’t like. Ordering/trying/returning/refunding typically takes just around a week.

Look One: Polka Dot Vibes

The cutest top–those sleeves make me so happy! I’m typically a small, but ordered a medium since I read it ran a bit tight and I would have to agree. The back is also open which was so fun! Shop it here.

This was the dress I bought for that bachlorette party. It’s 100% poly and SO light, it literally feels like you have nothing on. I’m wearing a small and there was room to breath (aka eat and drink), so I would say true to size. Shop it here.
