If you’ve been following along for a bit then you know I love fancy picnics! The first one I ever did was for my Ta-Ta to the Tata’s party back in November and I was dying to do another ever since! Some of my favorite 2020 memories have been from girls picnics – some fancy, some where we just sat in the grass drinking wine and eating homemade snacks.
Regardless, I was so excited when Pretty in Picnic reached out and suggested we partner up for a picnic this past March! They said I could invite a few friends and so myself and three girlfriends headed to Mueller Lake Park on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
When we arrived, we were in awe of the set-up! They went all out and it was ah-mazing. There was a beautiful balloon arch that we could spot from the street, a gorgeous picnic set-up with a little table and some plush cushions, custom cookies, music and views of the lake. It was serine!
The company is owned and operated by two sisters and they were the sweetest! They were so easy to communicate with and I could tell they really wanted to make the event special for us. They were there when we arrived, showed us the space and how everything worked and then they were off!
We spent the next two hours drinking rose, snacking on those delicious custom cookies and chatting. It was such a fun afternoon and I was so grateful that they put such an amazing picnic together for us.
