This is our very first NYC winter and I have to say, incorporating coats into my wardrobe has been one of my favorite things! I was so nervous that I wouldn’t have the right attire to get through winter (10 years of living in the South will do that!) so I stocked up on coats with different fits, colors and fabrics to try and cover my bases. I still need to pick-up the tried and true puffer coat 😉 but below are my top picks for stylish and chic jackets for Winter 2022.
1. Camel Dreams
I think a camel coat is an important staple of any wardrobe. It goes with just about any outfit and can be easily dressed up or down. This one from Abercrombie is a great quality and has such a flattering fit. It’s TTS.
2. Natural and Classic
Another top pick because this coat goes with just about everything and quickly elevates an outfit. I love the color (but it also comes in black!) and the small gold buttons are such a classic touch. It’s TTS.
3. Happy In Plaid
I picked this coat up during a sale at Astr The Label and it did not disappoint. It’s beautiful and I just love how it’s busy without being…busy. The neutral color pallet and warm pink tones really give this coat a sophisticated feel. It’s TTS, but you could size down if you wanted a fitted look – it’s a bit oversized, but in a good way!
4. Cozy Feels
Another Astr The Label find that I was so impressed with! This was my first dark brown coat and I loved how it looked against the fall colors in the city. The oversized fit feels effortlessly chic which I always appreciate. I sized down in this and I’m glad I did, it’s very roomy!
5. Blue Plaid
This coat is so fun and unique! The back is actually just a solid blue color and I love the contrast between that and the front. It’s the warmest of the bunch and currently on sale at Nordstrom Rack! It’s TTS.
6. The Fashion Pass Find
